Urge Congress to ACT NOW and Pass the Senate Finance Committee’s Bipartisan PBM Reforms this year.

Giant health insurance companies and their Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) middlemen have been inflating the cost of medications and pocketing massive prescription drug discounts meant for seniors in Medicare. American seniors and their doctors agree that patients should come before PBM’s corporate profits. Now is the time for Congress to reign in PBM’s ability to game the Medicare system and unreasonably profit at American seniors’ and taxpayers’ expense. Thankfully, many in Congress are fighting back by working to pass critical bipartisan legislation requiring these corporate middlemen to pass drug savings directly onto Medicare patients as intended and separate PBM profits from the cost of medications.
